FLIPSEED

Come check out FLIPSEED! It's a fast-paced 2d platformer where gravity can go in any of four different directions. There's no stopping to catch your breath in FLIPSEED because chaining combos is your top priority!

Written in pygame in one week for LoJam x GDS 2024. This page holds the demo from that jam, as unpolished and broken as it is (but that's par for the course in a game jam lol.)

Note: The standalone build is far more polished, if you'd rather experience it in 60fps and with all the visual flourishes!

If you enjoy this demo, please keep an eye out for future builds on my youtube channel! They aren't super far away, and they'll be a much better experience!

Community feedback is so important for a game like this; e.g. are any levels too difficult or unclear? are there any features or gimmicks you'd want to see later worlds include? if FLIPSEED released with the level editor I wrote for it included, what functionality would you want it to have?
